一、本政策适用范围

本政策主要适用于孔辉科技及关联公司在2026 GT Show 汽车文化及产业博览会等线下活动现场，通过委托第三方开发的网页小程序扫码登记、纸质表单等方式收集个人信息的全流程及我们委托第三方机构提供的技术支持、数据存储等配套服务场景。

This policy mainly applies to the whole process of collecting personal information through web mini program scanning code registration and paper forms developed by KHAT and third parties at offline events such as the 2026 GT Show Automotive Culture and Industry Expo, as well as supporting service scenarios such as technical support and data storage provided by us entrusted to third-party organizations.

二、我们如何收集与使用您的个人信息

2、选填信息：公司名称、街道和门牌号、邮政编码、所在城市、车架号；

（1）向您推送我们的产品信息、促销活动、改装服务方案；

（二）授权同意的例外

三、我们如何委托处理、共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

针对本次展会扫码登记服务，我们委托第三方机构提供技术开发、页面搭建、数据存储等配套服务，我们在此向您明确：

1、我们是个人信息的唯一处理者，委托第三方仅能按照我们的指令处理个人信息，不得超出委托范围处理，不得自行使用、共享、泄露、转让您的个人信息；

We are the sole processor of personal information, and entrusting a third party can only process personal information in accordance with our instructions, and shall not process beyond the scope of entrustment, and shall not use, share, disclose, or transfer your personal information by itself；

2、我们会与受托第三方签订严格的委托处理协议与保密协议，明确约定委托处理的目的、期限、处理方式、个人信息种类、保护措施、双方的权利义务与违约责任；

We will sign strict entrusted processing agreements and confidentiality agreements with the entrusted third party, clearly stipulating the purpose, period, processing method, type of personal information, protection measures, rights and obligations of both parties, and liability for breach of contract.

3、若受托第三方违反协议约定处理您的个人信息，我们将立即要求其停止处理，采取补救措施，并依法追究其法律责任。

If the entrusted third party processes your personal information in violation of the agreement, we will immediately require it to stop processing, take remedial measures, and pursue its legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

我们将与所有接收方签订严格的数据保护协议，明确约定信息处理目的、范围、期限、处理方式、双方权利义务、保密责任与安全保护措施，要求接收方严格按照协议约定处理个人信息，不得超出约定范围使用；我们将对接受方的资质与数据安全能力进行审核，定期监督其个人信息处理活动，若发现其违反协议约定，将立即要求其停止处理，并采取相应的补救措施。

We will sign strict data protection agreements with all recipients, clearly stipulating the purpose, scope, period, processing methods, rights and obligations of both parties, confidentiality responsibilities and security protection measures, and require the recipient to handle personal information in strict accordance with the agreement and not use it beyond the agreed scope. 四、我们如何存储和保护您的个人信息

您的个人信息将存储于中华人民共和国境内。除法律法规另有规定、您主动要求境外使用、或本政策约定的跨境传输场景外，我们不会向境外传输您的个人信息。

Your personal information will be stored in the People's Republic of China. We will not transfer your personal information overseas unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, if you voluntarily request overseas use, or in cross-border transfer scenarios as stipulated in this policy.

（二）保存期限

Shelf life

我们严格遵循个人信息存储期限最小化原则，仅在实现处理目的所必需的最短期限内存储您的个人信息。在您使用我们提供的产品/服务期间，我们会持续保存您的个人信息。当您申请删除个人信息，我们将按照法律、法规的最短期限保留您的现有个人信息，且不会再商业化使用您的个人信息。当您的个人信息超出上述保存期限，我们将会删除或对其进行匿名化处理。

We strictly follow the principle of minimizing the storage period of personal information and store your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing. We will keep your personal information for as long as you use the products/services we provide. When you request the deletion of personal information, we will retain your existing personal information for the minimum period of time in accordance with laws and regulations, and will not use your personal information commercially. When your personal information exceeds the above retention period, we will delete or anonymize it.

4、定期组织信息安全培训，加强员工的信息安全保护意识以及对于个人信息保护政策和相关规范流程的认识；

5、互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任；

The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

6、在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。

同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. 五、您的个人信息权利

（一）您可以通过第十条载明的联系方式联系我们，以实现访问您的个人信息、更正您的个人信息、删除您的个人信息、改变您授权同意范围等法定权利。

在以下情形发生时，您可以向我们提出：

3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；

4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您注销了账号；

If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;

5、如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。

若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。

每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成。对于额外收集的个人信息的收集和使用，您可以随时给予或收回您的授权同意。当您收回同意后，我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您收回同意的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。

Each business function requires some basic personal information to complete. You can give or withdraw your authorized consent at any time for the collection and use of additional collected personal information. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information based on your authorization.

（四）响应您的上述请求

我们将在收到您的请求并验证您的身份后30日内予以响应与反馈，不设置任何不合理的障碍，对于您合理的请求，我们原则上不收取费用，但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求，我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段（例如，需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例）、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际（例如，涉及备份磁带上存放的信息）的请求，我们可能会予以拒绝。

We will respond and give feedback within 30 days after receiving your request and verifying your identity, without setting up any unreasonable obstacles, and we will not charge a fee for your reasonable request in principle, but we will charge a certain cost fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests that are unwarranted and repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., to develop a new system or fundamentally change existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical, such as involving information stored on backup tapes.

当您撤回同意或授权后，我们将不再处理相应的个人信息，这将导致我们无法继续提供撤回授权部分对应的服务，但不影响撤回前基于您的同意开展的个人信息处理。

After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, which will cause us to be unable to continue to provide the services corresponding to the withdrawal of authorization, but it will not affect the processing of personal information based on your consent before the withdrawal.

但在下列情形中，我们无法按照您的请求进行操作，但我们会在30日内向您说明原因：

六、我们如何处理儿童的信息

How we handle children's information

我们的产品、网站和服务主要面向成人。如果没有父母或监护人的同意，儿童不应创建自己的个人信息主体账户。对于经父母同意而收集儿童个人信息的情况，我们只会在受到法律允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护儿童所必要的情况下使用或公开披露此信息。尽管当地法律和习俗对儿童的定义不同，但我们将不满 14 周岁的任何人均视为儿童。如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关数据。

Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Children should not create their own personal data subject accounts without parental or guardian consent. Where we collect personal information from children with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the child. Although local laws and customs define children differently, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a child. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without prior verifiable parental consent, we will try to delete the data as soon as possible.

七、您的信息如何在全球范围转移

How your information is transferred globally

原则上，我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息数据，将存储在中华人民共和国境内。

In principle, the personal information data we collect and generate in the People's Republic of China will be stored in the People's Republic of China.

但考虑到部分用户非中华人民共和国国籍、孔辉科技存在境外关联公司且可能在境外提供产品或服务等，您的信息可能会传输至中华人民共和国境外。该种情况下，我们会单独征求您的授权同意，同时我们会采取各种措施使得您的个人信息得到在中华人民共和国境内同等的保护。我们还将根据相关法律、法规和相关监管要求进行个人信息保护影响评估，并且通过国家网信部门组织的安全评估和/或按照国家网信部门的规定经专业机构进行个人信息保护认证和/或按照国家网信部门制定的标准合同与境外接收方订立个人信息出境合同，约定我们与境外接收方的权利和义务。

However, considering that some users are not nationals of the People's Republic of China, and KHAT has overseas affiliates and may provide products or services overseas, your information may be transferred outside the People's Republic of China. In such cases, we will separately seek your authorization and consent, and we will take various measures to ensure that your personal information is protected equally in the People's Republic of China. We will also conduct personal information protection impact assessments in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and relevant regulatory requirements, and stipulate our rights and obligations with overseas recipients through security assessments organized by the CAC and/or personal information protection certification by professional institutions in accordance with the provisions of the CAC, and/or conclude a personal information transfer contract with overseas recipients in accordance with the standard contracts formulated by the CAC.

八、法律适用与争议解决

Application of law and dispute resolution

本政策的执行、解释及争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国法律，且不考虑任何冲突法。

The implementation, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to any conflict of laws laws.

若您和孔辉科技就本政策内容或其执行发生任何争议的，双方应友好协商解决；如无法协商解决争议时，双方同意将争议提交至上海仲裁委员会按其仲裁规则在上海进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

If you and KHAT have any disputes regarding the content of this policy or its implementation, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Shanghai in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

九、本政策如何更新

How this policy is updated

为更好地提供服务，我们未来可能对本政策进行变更或修改，该种更新构成本政策的一部分，并具有追溯力。若本政策发生重大变更造成您在本政策下权利的实质变化，我们会向您提供显著的通知（包括但不限于邮件、推送通知、弹窗通告）。如果我们未收到您的明示同意，则本政策的相关变化不对您发生效力，您仍可继续适用本政策旧版本的约定。

In order to better serve us, we may make changes or modifications to this policy in the future, which form part of this policy and are retroactive. If there is a material change in this policy that materially changes your rights under this policy, we will provide you with prominent notice (including but not limited to email, push notification, pop-up notice).
